Story

For over 30 years, we have been producing PP woven bags of global quality and standard for domestic markets and various export locations in North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. This experience and knowledge has been transferred into every single Babao bag.

PP woven fabric has been used for robust industrial and agricultural packaging applications across the world for many decades, mainly due to their excellent strength-to-weight ratio, competitive production costs and energy requirement relative to other competing fabric. These packages would carry weights up to 50kg and need to survive various challenging transportation conditions, including being dropped onto cargo ships and trucks. Such robustness means the bags can be reused again and again, subject to staying within the design load. At various destinations, the bags are emptied and subsequently reused in the fields for multiple times.

Over the years, global and regional companies have continually looked for ways to differentiate their packaging from competitors. This constant search has led to significant packaging evolution, including, made-to-order features, high printing quality requirements and an array of colourful packaging. These characteristics are similar to those required for everyday bag applications, and when combined with its robustness, makes PP woven fabric superior alternatives to single use materials from both practicality and environment perspectives. Furthermore, the extensive fabric colour portfolio within our agriculture packaging segment means we are naturally able to offer upcycle and recycle materials in many colours.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you are looking for everyday bags irrespective of the volume. We have all kinds of bags and fabric – fresh, recycled, upcycled, colourful and transparent.1/5
